What is the complaint number for insurance policy in India?

Recently, I took a term plan from an insurance company & they are making delay in settlement. Can you provide me the complaint number of IRDA?

Recently IRDA has opened Call Centre service. Aggrieved customers can call a toll free number (155255) or e-mail ‘[email protected]’ to register the complaints.
