Job interview questions and answers ?

I am going to appear a job interview in next week. Can anybody provide me the list of questions that an interviewer may ask. Also a model answer will be helpful.

An interviewer may ask various questions related to the nature of the job. Following are the list of questions that frequently appear in an interview.

1) Tell me about yourself.
   - Answer this question in a way that it relates to the job you are applying for. Try to speak concisely.

2) Why did you leave your previous job?
   - Avoid mentioning issues with management or co workers. Give reasons such as lack of opportunity and growth.

3) What do you know about this job?
   - A previous research before entering the interview room will help you answer this question.

4) What do you know about our company (or XYZ company)?
   - Be prepared with a short summary about the organization in which you are applying.

5) What are your weaknesses?
   - Try to answer smartly in a way that your weakness doesn't affect job.

6) What are your strengths?
   - Tell your positive attributes that could be beneficial to the employer.

7) Why do you think you are better than other candidates?
   - Don't compare yourself with others. Only mention positive characteristics that you posses.

8) Why should I hire you?
   - Sell yourself mentioning your extra skills that can help employer in any way. Tell them how would you easily adapt to their working culture.

9) Where do you see yourself five years from now?
   - Mention your goal and vision that you think you can achieve within specified time. For Example "I see myself as a team leader".

10) Describe your daily routine.
    - Show productive things you do in your daily life.

11) According to you, what is success?
    - Genuinely mention, what do you think about success.

10) Are you successful?
    - Always say yes and mention your goals that you previously set and achieved.

11) What are your extra curricular activities.
    - Mention other activities such as hobbies or sports you play.

12) Why have you been unemployed for such a long time?
    - Mention productive things you did during this period and knowledge you gained. For example "I took java training class."
