What is the best time of day to do a yoga routine?

I recently joined a yoga studio that offers classes throughout the day. I have been playing around with different times...morning, lunch time, after work...and so far haven't noticed too much difference in how I feel, other than lunch being kind of rushed. In terms of health benefits and weight loss, is any certain time of day better than another? Or is it all the same?

As our concentration level remains at peak during morning. I would suggest you to join morning session.

I think that a morning session before work might be a good time. You have some time to focus on your day, plus you will be kickstarting your metabolism for the day.
